Our sourdough croissants are made with local butter. We do not use commercial yeast in any of our products. Using sourdough levain not only make the croissant easy to digest but bring a depth of the flavour to the croissant complementing the nuttiest from the butter to create a full rounded note in mouth.

Our croissants are made with natural sourdough levain therefore we require a 48 hours notice for large orders .
We used local butter by Notre Dame Creamery.
This product is not vegan and contains dairy and eggs.
